FAQs

Q: When can I expect to recieve my order?

A: It takes 1-2 days to process orders and 2-5 business shipping days. Southern California orders usually take 1-2 business shipping days. 

International orders may take anywhere from 7-10 business shipping days due to customs.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: ONLINE POLICY ONLY:
Our policy lasts 10 days and does not offer refunds. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards
Accessories

White clothing

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial store credit are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Sale items
All sale items are final purchases and can not be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 845 N Euclid St Anaheim California US 92801

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After the item is checked a store credit will be issued to you via email. A response from us is not necessary to return your item(s) however we do require an email from you so we are aware that your item(s) is being returned.

IN STORE POLICY:
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items bought in store.

A: Yes, we have an in-store boutique located inside of MODA 2000.

Q: What are your business hours at your location?

A:     Monday-Friday: 10am-9pm

        Saturday: 10am-7pm

        Sunday: 9am-6pm

 

Q: Will you guys restock on your sold out items? 

A: Yes/No. Some dresses we will bring back more than once and others we may not.
